I was born in Mumbai, India in 2002, alongside my twin brother. A year later, my dad’s work took our family to Paris. Neither of my parents had lived outside India or spoke French. With pocket dictionaries, radio programs, and good friends, they learned the language and made a life for us.
My dad worked incredibly hard and traveled frequently for work. My mom, an All India Radio artist trained in Hindustani classical music, brought Indian music to audiences across France. After five years, we moved to Bangalore, where I attended Vidyashilp Academy. And seven years later, we returned to Paris. I owe my parents a lot for the opportunities I had growing up between the two countries, and my multicultural background has deeply shaped the person I am today.
At the American School of Paris, I fell in love with computer science in the tenth grade. I spent most of high school building random things, doing Model UN, reading fiction, and playing and watching tennis.
I graduated as valedictorian with the IB diploma in 2020 and went on to study computer science at Georgia Tech. COVID kept me from traveling to the US, so I spent my first year at the campus in Lorraine, France. There, I met Dr. Vicki Birchfield, with whom I did technology policy research throughout college.
At Georgia Tech, I was president of WebDev @ GT, a teaching assistant for CS ethics and cognitive science, and a member of the Delta Chi fraternity and the Center for European and Transatlantic Studies. Along the way, I did several internships at Goldman Sachs in New York and spent four months interning at Amazon in Madrid, where I lived with a Spanish family to immerse myself in the language.
I moved to San Francisco at the start of 2025 to join Meta as a software engineer in their fintech org. I work on agentic commerce experiences, help shape industry protocols, and build systems that process hundreds of billions of dollars in payments.
For as long as I can remember, I have been deeply introspective, with an itch to leave my mark on the world. I am very passionate about global policy and languages with the goal being to learn eight by thirty.
I love writing, reading, eating good (macro-friendly) food, going to the gym, and building cool stuff. I enjoy watching and discussing good movies, shows, and anime. I religiously watch tennis (biggest Djokovic fan you’ll meet) and football (Equipe de France & Real Madrid).
